I think we should look really quickly at the term "dit da" Dit means to take away or remove. Da means to hit or to affect negatively. So Dit Da actually means to remove the Hit ot to take away that wich affects you negatively. The Charecter for Jow means wine. So Dit Da Jow implies a wine that can take away a hit or negative affect. Either by drinking it or using it topicly. Dit Da itself actually refers to the healling arts as a whole. But is most common when speaking about herbal cures.
Today we are going to look at the point known as GB8
if you draw a straight line from the tip of the earlobe to the tip of the top of the ear and extend it 1.5 cun into the hairhine you will find GB8
GB8 is a point used for Migranes, problems seeing due to concusion, and hangovers.
The method is shallow needling or for acupressure deep goading into the point with the tip of the thumb for 2-3 minutes with 5 min rest periods until symptoms fade away.
