I'm thinking that it would be a good idea for me to get back into shape since I'm such a lazy bastard.. So basically, I'm probably going to workout with kettlebells every M-W-F of the week after classes as long as Sifu is around.. I'd be willing to teach anything and everything I've got with kettlebell training to anyone who wants to come..
Monday and Wednesday I will probably workout right after class at about 1:15pm until about 2, and friday would be after 5 then hopefully someone will start doing some weapon training with me friday as well while I'm there..
So if everything is cool with Sifu, I will probably try to start this coming Monday.. Eventually I want to get 2 more kettlebells of the same weight that I have at the school so I can double up on everything.. I will most likely add some bodyweight stuff, as well as some sandbag work into these days as well. Hopefully I can do my dufflebag idea and when it gets warmer out we can use McCollugh park to run the hill. |

Okay so I took a few days off, was sick, then the knee thing, but I will be starting back Monday of this coming week for sure.. So anyone still interested, the schedule will probably change a little.
I suck at algebra and thats my Mon/Wed class, so I've been going to a little tutoring session which if I go to enough my prof will allow me to retake my worst test which kicks ass.. So I will be coming in an hour later on mon and wed.. 2:15-2:30 pm will be the time I arrive to start training.. Anyone interested in coming, feel free.. |
